Running

During the school holidays, I’ve been busy shooting around at the weddings. Something that I love most, I simply love weddings. Everything about it, enough said.
The only way to get very close and attached to the weddings is thru the lens.

Like usual, after serial number of weddings the next thing is to process the images and to transform the whole beautiful days into a book of album regardless of the size and type. Then the process of selection of images, editing and album layout is to take place.

Discussions continuously meetings and visiting suppliers, coming out with our new thing everything we discover the sources making us endless in our photography things.
These things being holding me up from going online to blog, to read blogs, to catch up with friends in my Facebook! Yes, I missed them all, A LOT.
I too have to hold back from posting the pictures I captured out of admiring it in and out for my personal collection.

For these, I have pictures that I’ve been wanted to post since LIMA in December last year, until during the March elections campaign with the posters war and the images I captured during the elections, what a shame! Not even an update in the Flickr…

To add things to me, like it is never enough, Small Girl is getting married in July and she’s dragging me and B to involve in everything for her wedding! From her outfit design and B too is giving his suggestion what look good on her…the wedding card invitation design

the color of the wall that need to be paint, the curtains material for her bedroom, lighting & reflections for that too, the design of the pelamin, the things to be placed on the dulang hantaran mind you both for him and for her, the gift for the guests, the tudung, the head piece, the make up artist. The pots & the vases for the flowers. Whether or not to bake cakes, either for the cake cutting or for the guests…yes, everything!
But since wedding is my love, I’m fine with it and love it to bits!

After Weddings

It was such a normal weekend for me running from one wedding to another wedding, what more during the school holidays. My tight schedule started since last weekend…

I feel restless in the office today, like usual after having all the excitement during the shooting time. Sleepy, brain dead (almost) but still I can still drag my eyes to keep on reading the novel that I just bought last week at the book fest (I’ve got a few more at home that still untouched and another heavy reading material call AFFLUENZA).

Suddenly I remember that I’ve wanted to write something about someone.

One morning (very early) I received a message from someone asking me whether I’ll be free for that day. The fact is every Friday I’m available only after 330ish, so that I told her. Like usual, I can sense that she want me to accompany her to somewhere. True enough, she wants me to go with her to a client’s akad nikah since she is not so comfy to be there by herself. Too bad I can’t and asked her if she will be free after the event, cos I thought perhaps we can catch up. She said she will, but not mentioning for any meet up by then. So I catch that no meeting for us (even she is available cos to me it read: I only want you to accompany me during the ceremony, not meeting you after).
I conclude the messages by asking whether she’ve checked my website or not and she replied that she’ve checked thru phone since she’s extremely busy. The last word from her “BTW, ok lah tu :)”……………

Leaving me speechless and moody…for the rest of the day.
